High School Programs

Mission: Providing opportunities for high school youth to grow in their faith, strengthening their relationship to Christ while strengthening friendships with each other.

refuel: Meets every Wednesday from 7-8 p.m. throughout the school year in the Youth Room at either the Downtown Site or the North Site. refuel includes special speakers, food, fellowship, study, videos, games, discussion, and lots of laughter. Friends are welcome!

Summer: During the summer, high school youth meet with our college-aged FELC Summer Interns for refuel at the North Site after Wednesday night worship, have lunch with the interns weekly, help out with worship roles or music team at Wednesday night services, volunteer at youth programs and other special activities.

Annual Youth Trips: Every summer, high school youth are encouraged to participate in life-changing, week-long summer trips of service or ELCA Youth Gatherings. Hundreds of youth gone through FELC programming and many remember their high school trips as a highlight within their faith journey. This summer, our youth will be participating in a mission trip.
