Ministry teams provide leadership for the discipleship model of ministry at Frist English. Ministry teams develop plans, goals and budgets for their respective ministry team.  Ministry teams may have subgroups within their team.  For example the Support Ministry team also has the property oversight, stewardship and personnel subgroup within their ministry team

When a ministry team identifies a specific goal or new project, a task force is created.  Anyone who is interested can join and participate in these short-term, focused task forces which are vital to the ministry of First English. Ministry teams meet monthly with the exception of July.

Leads the invitation to welcome new members and focuses on growth
and communicating our faith.

Congregational Life 
Helps worshipers connect with each other and develops programs and fellowship activities.

Intern Enrichment
Works closely with the Intern Coordinator to oversee the ministries and programs of the summer interns. 

Learning
Provides youth and adults with opportunities to learn, grow in their faith and serve others.
