Important items of information:

May 28: First Wednesday night service

Brat fry: scheduled for June 21 & July 10 will be run as outreach opportunities rather than fundraisers, with heavy summer intern involvement.

Summer interns: will be introduced at the church picnic.

National Youth Gathering: scheduled for July 22-26, 2009. The registration fee will be $295 per student. Trip coordination responsibilities will be split into small teams of parents and chaperones. Fundraising will kick off with Art in the Park parking.

Staffing: The team discussed how best to fill the staff opening in youth ministry.
