Important items of information:

• Discussion centered on ways to help the congregation become aware of the outreach that is being done at FELC. Suggestions included:

1. Creating a brochure for new members to identify FELC outreach.

2. Review the binder of monthly emphasis designed by Katie Snow, former summer intern.

3. Find ways to celebrate the ministry volunteering FELC members are involved in.

4. “Did you Know” blurbs in the newsletter and Sunday bulletins

5. Information on the Web site of volunteer opportunities.

6. Place information on the bulletin board in the Gathering Area.

• Mary will continue to invite interested members of FELC to join this ministry team.
