Current maintenance issues include:

 

2009 NS lawn mowing bids:

1 Hour  -  $3,770

2 Hours - $7,540

DS – $892

NS - $642

 

After review and discussion the committee agreed that if there is somewhere we could cut expenses it would be in the area of lawn service maintenance. Before our next meeting, Rich agreed to acquire some undated quotes for a lawn mower for the NS.  Purchasing a new lawn mower would have an initial expense, but the expense would be no greater than hiring one of the services. After that only machine maintenance costs would be involved. Member volunteers would be solicited to help with spring cleanup, set for Saturday, May 16.
