Reviewed 2009 stewardship plan

o Plan 3 – 4 temple talks throughout the year with this format:

§ Member of Stewardship Committee thanking members for their continued financial support of FELC

§ Member of Stewardship Committee or financial committee give brief financial report to date

§ Member of ministry team whose program is being highlighted for the given Sunday (e.g. music) promotes that FELC ministry program with support of a PowerPoint

Rick will contact Kathy Freeman and Jeff Picken from the Worship Ministry Team to put together a stewardship temple talk to emphasize the music ministry at FELC. Tentative date for this temple talk is March 22, 2009.

Last month Steve resigned his position as chairman of the Stewardship Committee. This month he consented to again be the chairman the committee for 2009.

Plans for the 2^nd stewardship temple talk will be discussed at the March meeting.

Copies of the “Vision 2 Serve” program were handed out to members in attendance. Members are to read and evaluate program for discussion at the March meeting.
