Important items of information:

Reviewed Lenten/Easter services and shared successes and ideas for improvements.

Melissa shared that the Monteverdi Master Chorale will be performing on April 25, 2009 at 7:30 at the Downtown Site. She is looking for ushers and for people to sell tickets that evening.

The 9:15 DT service will continue to teach the new liturgy.

The North Site will be trying out displaying the lyrics and speaking parts on a monitor/screen. We will be looking for feedback. If it goes well, we will then ask for donations to buy a screen and stand.

We are concerned/uncertain about how to incorporate flowers with our budget. Because the money for flowers is taken out of our budget while the money people pay for the flowers is put into the general fund, we could possibly look like we overspent our budget even though the money breaks even elsewhere if people are buying more flowers then we planned for.

We reviewed survey results and discussed our next step in the protocol review.
