Items that may require council action: Approval of the nominated Downtown Site search committee for a new music director.

Important items of information:

North Site Music Director Search Committee has met and has some applications. Their next meeting will be after all the applications have been received.

Worship Ministry Team Task Force has met to discuss protocol and levels of authority. The key factor is communication between the committee and the pastors. The task force will also recommend there be a subcommittee for each site. Discussed the task force recommendation that the worship committee structure have a worship committee for each church site. The committee would meet as a whole to discuss global issues and separately to discuss individual site issues. The committee agreed that this would be a good direction to go, should the Council approve the recommendation of the task force.

Pentecost service review: Discussed how uplifting of the Pentecost services were received at both sites. Committee members heard very positive comments at both sites.

Advent: Began brainstorming on how we might lift up Advent services at both sites.

Specific protocol service discussions were tabled until next meeting.
