Important items of information:

• Action items from last month: Plan a reception for Bob Whitton at the North Site. Mike to contact Jean about a cake, an announcement and a date.
• Discussed survey results from this past Sunday.
• Tabulation remains. We’ll discuss further as we pull together data.
• Kathy recruited some others to join our task forces to develop protocols.
• After pulling together protocols, we will report back to the Council and then to the congregation
• Milly to pull together a ‘format’ or parameters within which to work for task forces.
• Kathy to write a note of thanks for filling out surveys to be put in bulletin.
• Continuing to plan Advent themes for two locations
• Milly to follow up with Jenelle to find out where NS manger and stable are located. A member has agreed to build a manger for DT based on what’s at the NS already.
• Separate groups (NS/DT) to discuss through discussion forum (NS) or have another meeting just for this (DT).
• Target is to complete planning by end of October.
• Goals for 2009/Vision 2012
• Two areas to be considered:
• Excellence in music, implement music in worship (more people involved in music)
• Grow attendance by 30 percent
• Reviewed 2008 goals written last year to see which we’d finished. Good progress has been made on many fronts.
