Important items of information:

• We reviewed the plans for Advent services at the Downtown and the North sites. Carrie created designs for the bulletins. Kathy will check with Sonja and Jean to see if anyone else has signed up to help prepare the sites for the Advent changes.
• We discussed Christmas services. The special clothing for the Holy Family is all set for both sites. There will not be candlelight because of fire codes. We will dim lights to simulate candlelight.
• As we reviewed the budget, we realized we need to create a memorial gifts list. We will post this list on the Web site and have it organized by site and by amounts.
